The offer is aimed at people with refugee experience aged 18 years and over and their next of kin from München and Bayern.
Our services include psychological counselling and psychotherapy, crisis intervention, individual, couple, and family therapy.
Our work is goal-oriented, individually tailored to our clients' interests and resources, systemically oriented, and integrative.
The offer is free of charge, anonymous upon request, and applies regardless of residency status.
We offer support for:
• Psychological burdens and mental distress
• Trauma-related issues
• Anxiety, depression
• Family issues
• Crises
• Providing information (e.g. how to get further assistance, social law counseling or therapy)
• Questions regarding stabilization and orientation
